CLIMBING
Gripped Fitness is an all bouldering gym. Bouldering is a form of rock climbing performed on short routes or "problems" on large boulders or low cliffs, without ropes or harnesses. It's known for its focus on power, technical movement, and problem-solving.
We have approximately 2500 square feet of bouldering with a weekly reset rotation and the entire facility sees new climbs every 6 weeks. We also offer have a kid specific climbing area for ages 3-10.
Learn To Climb
Learn the art of climbing movement. This 60 minute class will review how to start climbing in the gym environment safely and effectively. This class will go over climbing equipment, gym etiquette, movement and basic safety practices that tailor to your specific experience level. Add on additional people under the add ons tab
CLIMBING TRAINING EQUIPMENT
We are serious about our climbing training and have the equipment to get you strong. We have both fully adjustable Kilter OG and Kilter Full Ride setups. In addition, we have an adjustable Treadwall to get your endurance burn and a Crack Machine on a fully adjustable wall. We also have a campus board and a variety of hangboards to keep your tips in tip top shape.
WORKOUT SPACE
Gripped Fitness is your go-to workout space, offering a diverse selection of high-quality equipment tailored to a variety of fitness regimens. With everything from dumbbells and weights to cardio machines such as treadmills and stair steppers, we equip you with all you need to make your workouts effective and enjoyable.
